PIXMINDS DISTRIBUTION LEXIP X UBISOFT – GAMING ACCESSORIES VOUCHER PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”). Any information or instructions published by the Promoter about the Promotion at https://anno117paxromana.lexip.co/ form part of the Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter
- The Promoter is Pixminds Distribution, 45 Route d’Apremont, 73000 Barberaz, FRANCE (the “Promoter”).
Promotion Period
- The Promotion will commence at 00:01 (CEST) on the 13th November 2025 and close at 23:59 (GMT) on the 31st December 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).
Eligibility
- To be eligible to participate in the Promotion you must be a legal resident aged 18+ (the “Participant”) of either European Union, United Kingdom, Middle-East, Asia, Saudi Arabia or Africa (the “Territories”).
- Eployees or agents of the Promoter that are involved in the operation of this Promotion or anyone connected to this Promotion are not eligible to enter.
- Retailers, distributors, resellers and any person who purchases a Promotion Product (as defined below) for resale or otherwise not as the user of the Promotion Product, may not participate in this Promotion and is specifically excluded as a Participant.
- Participant must have a PS5, an Xbox Series or a PC in order to play the Content.
Offer
- T The Promoter is offering the Promotion whereby Participants will be eligible to claim one (1) game code for a digital copy of Anno 117: Pax Romana Standard Edition (the “Content”) as listed in Table 1 below (the “Reward”) upon purchasing a new (i.e. not second hand, refurbished or ex-display) Lexip’s bundle listed in Table 1 (“Promotion Products”) within the Promotion Period, subject to full compliance with the Terms and Conditions. Full details of the Rewards are given at Table 1 below.

- Rewards are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter may substitute a Reward with another Reward of equivalent value at its own discretion.
Claims
- After purchasing a Promotion Product during the Promotion Period, Participants must visit https://anno117paxromana.lexip.co/ and complete the Claim form with their name, contact information, other requested information including but not limited to Promotion Product SKU, delivery address and submit it together with a scanned copy of their proof of purchase (a “Claim”).
- Claims must be submitted before the 31st of December 2026 23:59 (GMT) (the “End Date”). Claims received after the End Date will not be eligible for a Reward.
- Maximum of one (1) Reward per Promotion Product purchased, and a maximum of four (4) Rewards per household.
- Participants will be sent an email to confirm their Claim has been received by the Promoter instantly upon entry of a Claim. Please note that Claims received may take up to ten (10) working days from the date of receipt of a Claim and Participants will be sent an email to confirm whether their Claim has been successful and validated (“Claim Validation”).
- If an email acknowledgement has not been received, it is the Participant’s responsibility to contact the Promoter’s customer service team by email at activation@lexip.co within ten (10) working days of a Claim being submitted.
- If a Claim is deemed to have been submitted incorrectly, the Participant will be notified via email and offered the opportunity to provide the required information within ten (10) working days. If no response is received within ten (10) working days of the email, then the Claim shall be marked as invalid and the Participant will no longer be eligible to receive the Reward.
- Claims that are incomplete or damaged will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for lost, delayed or damaged data which occurs during any communication or transmission of Claims.
- Subject to making a valid Claim in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, the Reward will be dispatched via email to the email address provided by the Participant on the Claim form at the latest date between three (3) days before the launch of the Content within thirty (30) days of the Claim being validated.
- The Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to disqualify Claims which it considers do not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
- The Promoter shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid Claims including, without limitation, to require further verification as to proof of purchase, as well as the identity, age and other relevant details of a Participant.
- If a Participant returns a Promotion Product before submitting a Claim, the Participant must not make a Claim. If a Participant returns or cancels the delivery of a Promotion Product after submitting a Claim, the Claim will be invalid and the Participant must cancel the Claim immediately by sending an email at activation@lexip.co. The Promoter reserves the right to check with retailers whether a Promotion Product has been returned and by submitting a Claim the Participant provides consent to the Promoter to do so.
- Should you wish to raise a dispute regarding a Reward delivery, you must do so no later than 30 days from the date the dispatch notification described under Condition 16 above was sent to you.
Reward Redemption
To activate the Reward, Participants must complete the following between 00:01 (CEST) on the 13th of November 2025 and 23:59 (GMT) on the 31st December 2026 (“Redemption Period”):
- Go to the page https://anno117paxromana.lexip.co/
- Enter a valid email address on which you will receive the game code - warning : during the procedure, some emails will be send to this email address.
- Press Validate
- Go to your mailbox and open the confirmation email. Please check your spam folder too.
- Click on the confirmation link in the email
- On the page, please enter:
- Last name, First name
- Email address
- Postal address
- Name of the bundle
- Add all other needed information
- Add proof of purchase: photo or PDF file of an invoice or receipt
- Add the 26-character code indicated on the code card found in the product packaging - if the card is missing, contact Lexip by sending an email at support@lexip.co
- Press Validate
If the game is for PS5
- Go to your mailbox to retrieve your Reward code and access the redeem website at: https://redeem.ubisoft.com/anno-117-pax-romana
- Enter the Reward code provided by email. Reward codes activated after the expiry of the Redemption Period will not be accepted.
- Log in with your existing Ubisoft account credentials or create a new account.
- You will receive an email with the console key to the address email linked to your Ubisoft account. Then, put the key from this email on the Playstation Network to unlock the game.

Privacy and Data Protection
- The Promoter’s use of any personal information submitted by the Participant shall be limited to communications about the Promotion and for managing the redemption process. The Participant hereby consents to its personal information being used for this purpose and confirms that it agrees with the Promoter’s privacy policy available at: https://anno117paxromana.lexip.co/legal. The Participant may withdraw consent to such use of personal information by writing to the Promoter or by using the opt-out process outlined in the Promoter’s privacy policy.
- Other than as set out in these Terms and Conditions, the details and information provided by the Participant when entering the Promotion or claiming the Reward will not be used for any other purpose, nor shall they be passed to any third party.
General
- The Promoter shall not be liable for any interruption to the Promotion whether due to force majeure or other factors beyond the Promoter’s control.
- The Promoter reserves the right, acting reasonably and in accordance with all relevant legislation and codes of practice, to vary the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion.
- The Promoter will not be responsible or liable for: (a) any failure to receive submissions due to transmission failures and other conditions beyond its reasonable control; (b) any late, lost, misrouted, or damaged transmissions or Claims; (c) any computer or communications related malfunctions or failures; (d) any disruptions, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of the Promoter; or (e) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Promotion.
- Participants will be solely responsible for any and all applicable taxes and any other relevant costs or expenses which are not stated in the Terms and Conditions as being included.
- By participating in this Promotion, you agree, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, to release and hold the Promoter harmless from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from participation in or in connection with the Promotion, including without limitation, awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of the Reward. The above limitation of liability shall not apply to liability arising from fraud (including fraudulent misrepresentation), death or personal injury caused as a result of Promoter’s negligence.
